Is Blanqo really free to start?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no credit card. You can send five invoices and five quotes a month, with two designs. Upgrade whenever you need more.
Can I use my own logo and wording?
Upload your logo, set your company address and foot notes once, and every new invoice starts with them. Each of the 17 labels on an invoice, down to the title, can be renamed or hidden.
Which languages and currencies does Blanqo support?
The app and your invoices speak 20 European languages, from German and French to Icelandic and Turkish. Each customer can get invoices in their own language. Pro adds every currency, with stats converted at ECB rates.
How do my customers pay?
Add a bank account, a PayPal.me link or a payment link. Blanqo prints it on the invoice with a QR code for the exact total; for euro invoices it is an EPC code most European banking apps can scan.
What does the AI assistant do?
Ask in plain words: “Invoice Nordwind for three days of design at €800”. It finds customers and invoices and drafts new ones for you. Anything that changes or deletes data waits for your confirmation.
Where is my data stored?
Blanqo runs on servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Your workspace is isolated from everyone else’s, and analytics only run after you agree to cookies.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Switch plans or cancel yourself in the billing portal. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period and then continue on Free, with all your invoices.
